The route price is calculated immediately. You then receive the order and invoice by email, so every journey detail can be checked before pickup.

A defined pickup and final destination make this a Transfer, even when selected sightseeing stops are included along the route.

Plan meaningful stops on the route
Add as many practical stops as the route and timing reasonably allow — extra pickups, addresses, villages, meal or rest stops, errands or sights. The system calculates your price from the route and stops you enter. Once confirmed, it changes only if you later change the booking details.
Sightseeing transfer example
Tbilisi → Zhinvali → Ananuri → mountain viewpoint → Gudauri
This remains a Transfer because it has a defined start and final destination. If the purpose of the day is open-ended or full-day sightseeing, choose a Classic Day Trip or request your own one-day route instead.

GoGoria works with selected local drivers who are used to welcoming international guests and to longer journeys across Georgia — not simply completing anonymous taxi pickups.
They know airport and hotel pickups and are familiar with Georgia’s regional and mountain roads. They also understand that visitors may need a sensible comfort, coffee or photo stop along the way. English or Russian can be requested. Other conversational languages may sometimes be available and are confirmed case by case.
Your driver is not presented as a licensed guide. If you would like historical or specialist interpretation, we can arrange a professional guide separately. Throughout the booking, you remain in direct contact with GoGoria.

Return journeys, planned stops, payment and changes — clearly explained.
Can I book the return for another day?
Yes. Select Return for two scheduled journeys, whether you come back later the same day or on another date. The vehicle is not reserved for you between the two pickup times. If you need a driver to wait and remain available, choose Hourly Driver instead.
Is there a discount when I book both directions?
Yes. Book both directions together and save 5% on your return journey.
Do planned Via Stops change the price?
The system calculates your price from the route and Via Stops you enter. Once the booking is confirmed, that price remains fixed unless you later request a significant change to the route, stops or schedule.
Can every long route be booked as a same-day return?
Very long same-day journeys may be reviewed individually. Depending on total driving time, road conditions and safety, we may recommend a different arrangement.
Is a deposit required?
Standard transfers normally do not require a deposit. For large groups, complex multi-day transport arrangements or specially arranged premium vehicles, a reservation guarantee may occasionally be requested. We will always confirm this with you in advance.
How can I pay?
You can choose cash on the service day. Bank of Georgia payment-link and card payments are coming soon; until they are activated, message GoGoria if you prefer a cashless option.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Standard transfers can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. If passenger numbers, luggage or the route change, tell us so we can update the booking, vehicle class and price where necessary. If an assigned driver or vehicle must be replaced for a genuine operational or safety reason, GoGoria arranges a suitable replacement.
Will I get the exact vehicle shown?
Vehicle images represent the selected class. The confirmed vehicle will be that class or a suitable equivalent, based on availability and route needs.
