A marketplace usually connects you with a driver and leaves the rest to you. GoGoria works as a managed system: we review the route, coordinate the right vehicle and driver, clarify unclear details, and support the booking before the trip begins.
Why does driver quality matter in Georgia?

Are your rides insured?
GoGoria works with vehicles and drivers arranged for private passenger transportation. Standard vehicle insurance applies according to local requirements and vehicle documentation. If you need specific insurance details for a booking, you can contact us before confirming your trip.

Booking & confirmation
When do I see the trip price?
The price is shown during the booking process, based on your selected route, stops, and vehicle class.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Your request is received instantly. GoGoria then reviews the route, timing, vehicle class, and any notes before final coordination.
When will I receive driver details?
Driver and vehicle details are shared after review and coordination, usually within a short time during daytime hours.
Can I contact you before booking?
Yes. WhatsApp is the fastest option if you need help choosing a route, service type, vehicle class, or travel plan.
Payment, deposit & cancellation
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You can usually pay the full amount in cash to the driver on the day of the trip.
Is a deposit always required?
Not always. For selected trips, high-demand dates, longer routes, or cases where driver time needs to be secured in advance, a 20% deposit may be requested.
How can I pay the deposit?
Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer or Wise. Wise payments have no GoGoria processing fee. PayPal is available on request with a 5% processing fee.
What happens if I cancel?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip. If a deposit was paid, it is refunded after transfer costs, if any. Wise refunds are returned without GoGoria processing fees.
Why can a deposit be kept after late cancellation?
If the driver has already been assigned, reserved time for the trip, or arrived for pickup, the deposit may be retained to fairly compensate the driver’s reserved time.
Transfers, hourly driver & day trips
Can I book a simple transfer?
Yes. You can book direct private transfers between airports, hotels, cities, regions, and other locations across Georgia.
Can I turn a transfer into a scenic route?
Yes. Many routes can include scenic or practical stops when they fit the route logic. Larger detours should be mentioned during booking.
When should I book an hourly driver?
Hourly driver service is best for city travel, business meetings, shopping, errands, restaurant visits, or flexible plans where the route may change during the day.
Can I book ready-made day trips?
Yes. Ready-made day trips are prepared one-day routes that can often be adjusted with selected stops, timing preferences, or personal interests.
How are multi-day trips arranged?
Multi-day trips are arranged separately because they require route planning, overnight logistics, and driver availability checks. A deposit is usually required for multi-day arrangements.
Stops, route planning & practical details
Are short photo, coffee, or meal stops possible?
Yes. Short comfort, photo, and meal stops are generally welcome when they are on the way and do not create a major detour.
What is included in the trip price?
The price includes the private driver and vehicle, fuel, parking, standard trip-related operating costs, bottled water, and planned stops that fit the route logic.
Are there hidden extra charges?
No. The confirmed price covers the trip as booked. Extra costs apply only if the booking details, route, waiting time, or requested services change.
How much can be covered in one day?
For comfort and safety, most one-day trips work best within a realistic daily range. If your route is demanding, we can suggest a better structure or an overnight option.
Vehicles, extras & special requests
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Child seat requests can be added during booking and coordinated as part of your trip details.
Can I request airport pickup with a name sign?
Yes. Airport meet & greet with a name sign can be arranged when needed.
Can you arrange flowers, an airport assistant, or private security?
Yes. Depending on availability, we can arrange a flower bouquet, personal airport assistant service, or private security. These extra services are paid in advance.
Can I request English- or Russian-speaking drivers?
Yes. English- and Russian-speaking drivers are available, and we coordinate the right option when possible.
Are your drivers tour guides?
Drivers are not licensed tour guides unless separately arranged, but many have strong local knowledge and a tour-friendly approach.
