Private Driver can be booked for a selected number of hours or for multiple days, up to 14 days. The service time begins at the confirmed pickup time and continues until the driver and vehicle are released, including waiting time between stops or activities.
- If you finish earlier than expected, you pay only for the time used.
- If you need the driver for longer, the additional time is added at the applicable rate.
- For multi-day bookings, the price follows the actual confirmed service days and hours.

How long can I book a Private Driver for?
You can book the driver and vehicle from 1 hour up to 14 days. Enter the expected duration as accurately as possible so the service can be priced and planned correctly.
Do I need to plan every stop in advance?
No. For local service within one city, extra locations are optional. For longer or multi-day journeys, add your main destinations and overnight locations in order. Smaller stops can remain flexible.
Will I have the same driver throughout my trip?
Normally, yes. The same driver and vehicle stay with you throughout a multi-day Private Driver booking, subject to operational or safety requirements.
How is the Private Driver price calculated?
The price is based on the booked service time together with the planned route and expected mileage. We review the route before confirmation so the price reflects the service you actually plan to use.
How do I pay?
You do not need to pay when requesting the service. After we confirm availability, you can secure the booking with a 25% deposit or pay in full. Any remaining 75% balance is due on the service day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Private Driver bookings can normally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Special written conditions or non-refundable arrangements remain exceptions and will be shown before payment.
How much driving should I plan per day?
For multi-day travel, we recommend planning around 300–350 km of driving per day on average. The practical distance can vary depending on mountain roads, traffic, stops and the route.
What if my planned route is too long for the booked time?
We may contact you before confirmation and suggest adjusting the route or extending the booking. This helps keep driving times realistic and allows sufficient driver rest.
Can I change the itinerary during the journey?
Reasonable changes are possible while the driver is booked with you, provided the revised plan remains practical for the available time, route and safe driving schedule.
Is Private Driver the same as a fixed transfer?
No. A Transfer is best when your pickup, destination and planned stops are already known and you want a route-based price. Private Driver is for a more flexible schedule when the vehicle needs to remain available for you.

For multi-day bookings, the same driver normally stays with you throughout the journey. GoGoria remains available before and during the service if you need help with a reasonable adjustment to the plan.
