You may cancel this day trip free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable. If a different condition applies to a specific booking, it will be clearly communicated before payment.

What happens if the trip is affected by bad weather?

Safety comes first. If Gogoria determines that the trip cannot be operated safely because of severe weather, unsafe road conditions or another unavoidable circumstance, you may choose a new travel date, a suitable alternative route or a full refund. If only one part of the planned route is inaccessible, we may propose a safe alternative itinerary. A weather forecast alone does not automatically cancel the trip if the route remains safe and operational.
