Payment & Cancellation
A 20% deposit confirms the vehicle, driver and booking. The remaining balance can be paid according to the payment options provided with your booking.
For multi-day travel, free cancellation is available more than 7 days before the trip. Later cancellations may be subject to charges depending on timing and services already confirmed.

Is the price per person?
No. The price is calculated per vehicle according to the route, duration and vehicle selected.
Will we have the same driver throughout the trip?
Normally, yes. The same driver stays with you throughout the confirmed multi-day itinerary, except where an operational change is necessary.
Can we change this itinerary?
Yes. This is a suggested route. You can change the overnight locations, duration and route before booking. Reasonable changes during the journey are also possible when timing, distance and safe driving conditions allow.
Are hotels included?
No. Accommodation is separate, so you can choose and book the hotels you prefer. We can help with recommendations.
Can you arrange activities?
Yes. We can assist with activities such as paragliding, local 4×4 trips, horse riding, winery visits and local experiences, subject to availability and weather.
