Booking & payment
Most bookings can be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the trip. For long routes, high-demand dates, special vehicle requests, or custom arrangements, GoGoria may request a small deposit before assigning the driver and vehicle. Online full payment may also be available where supported.
Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before pickup, unless the driver has already arrived or special non-refundable arrangements have been confirmed. See our Free Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

When do I see the trip price?
The price is shown during the booking process, based on route, selected stops, service type, and vehicle class.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Your booking is received instantly. GoGoria then checks the route, timing, vehicle class, and notes before final driver coordination.
When will I receive driver details?
Driver and vehicle details are sent after coordination. In most daytime cases, assignment is completed within a short time after booking.
Can I arrange a multi-day private trip here?
Multi-day travel is arranged separately because it needs route planning, overnight logistics, and manual availability checks. Please use the Multi-Day Trips form.
Can I add wineries, restaurants, viewpoints, or monasteries?
Yes. Add important stops in the route or notes field. If a stop creates a major detour, GoGoria may contact you to clarify the best route and price logic.
Are short practical stops included?
Reasonable comfort, photo, restroom, coffee, and simple practical stops are welcome when they fit the route and booked time.
Will I receive the exact model shown in the form?
Vehicle names and photos represent the selected class. GoGoria assigns the booked class or an equivalent vehicle according to availability and route needs.
Do drivers act as tour guides?
Drivers are not certified guides unless stated, but they are local, tour-friendly drivers who can help with practical route knowledge and comfortable travel.
