When do I see the trip price?

Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Yes. Your booking is confirmed immediately after submission. Driver assignment is then completed as quickly as possible — usually within about 30 minutes during the day, and up to 1 hour for bookings made at night. Confirmation details are sent to the email address and phone number provided in your booking.
What if driver details do not arrive within 30 minutes?
There is no need to worry. Your booking is still being processed, and driver details will be sent as quickly as possible.

Can I arrange a multi-day private trip?
Yes. Multi-day private travel is arranged separately from standard one-day bookings. For a properly reviewed request, please visit our Multi-Day Trips page. If you prefer, you may also book the trip day by day through separate bookings. In that case, if the same driver is expected to stay overnight away from their home base, an overnight cost of €35 per night should also be considered.
Can I customize my trip with stops along the way?
Yes. Many bookings can include scenic or practical stopovers depending on the route and service type. We can also help shape a more personal journey around your plans.
Are short practical stops, photo stops, or meal stops possible?
Yes. Short practical stops, photo stops, and simple meal stops along the route are generally welcome and do not increase the price when they are on the way.
What happens if my route details are unclear?
If a route appears unclear or arranged in a way that may make the trip unnecessarily expensive, our team will contact you directly to clarify the details before the ride. This helps create a smoother plan for both the guest and the driver.
How much can be covered in one day?
For comfort, safety, and proper coordination, most one-day bookings are best kept within a realistic daily range. As a general guideline, routes of around 400 km or up to 10–11 hours total work best for a smooth private travel day. If your plan is more demanding, we can help suggest a better route structure or an overnight option.
How far in advance should I book?
Because this is a private travel service rather than a taxi, booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended whenever possible. We also accept faster bookings in many cases: airport-to-city and city rides from 2 hours in advance, intercity rides from 5 hours, and mountain routes from 10 hours, to allow proper planning and coordination.
How are local drivers assigned?
Drivers are assigned based on route, timing, region, vehicle type, and practical trip conditions. We aim to match each trip in a way that works clearly and realistically for both the guest and the driver.
Can language preferences be requested?
Yes. English- and Russian-speaking drivers are available, and we can coordinate the right option for your booking.
Can I request a child seat?
