Clear expectations

Driver, guide and language requests

English or Russian can be requested and is confirmed before the journey. Other conversational languages may sometimes be available and are confirmed individually.

A professional driver is not automatically a licensed guide. If you want historical context, specialist interpretation or a guided visit, GoGoria can arrange a licensed guide separately.

Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted during guest service. Comfort, coffee, toilet and sensible photo stops can be coordinated according to the confirmed route and schedule.

You receive the driver details for the confirmed service and can contact GoGoria whenever support is needed. If a genuine operational issue requires a change, we arrange a suitable replacement driver or vehicle and inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
