Booking & payment
Most bookings can be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the trip. For long routes, high-demand dates, special vehicle requests, or custom arrangements, GoGoria may request a small deposit before assigning the driver and vehicle. Online full payment may also be available where supported.
Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before pickup, unless the driver has already arrived or special non-refundable arrangements have been confirmed. See our Free Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I add stops along the way?
Yes. Planned sightseeing, comfort, meal, winery, hotel, or practical stops can be added when they fit the route logic and timing.
How can I pay?
Most bookings can be paid on the day of the trip. For selected long routes, high-demand dates, or special arrangements, GoGoria may request a deposit before assigning the driver and vehicle.
Is cancellation free?
Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before pickup, unless the driver has already reserved time, arrived for the trip, or a special non-standard arrangement has been confirmed.
When will I receive driver details?
Your booking is received instantly. Driver and vehicle details are shared after GoGoria reviews the route, timing, and vehicle class.
Are vehicle models guaranteed?
Vehicle models shown are examples. GoGoria may assign a similar vehicle in the same class depending on date, route, and availability.
What if my route is unclear?
If the route, stop order, or timing needs clarification, GoGoria contacts you before the ride so the trip can be coordinated properly.
How do I book a multi-day trip?
Multi-day private travel is arranged separately because it requires route planning, overnight timing, and driver availability checks. Please use the Multi-Day Trips form.
